Prof. Rubenstein Receives a Brown University OVPR Tier-2 SEED Award

Profs. Brenda Rubenstein, Brad Marston (Physics), and Lai-Sheng Wang have received a Tier-2 SEED Award from the Brown University Office of the Vice-President of Research for their proposal “Unraveling Actinide Structure in the Environment: An Integrated Theoretical, Computational, and Spectroscopic Approach.” Research Seed Funds are intended to support activities necessary to advance competitive research proposals, such as performing preliminary work and facilitating collaboration. The team will use this generous award to further develop and integrate their approaches to studying actinide chemistry and physics.
