Congratulations to Jordan and the Geno2Pheno EPSCoR Team for Publishing Their Paper on Beta-Lactamase Viability!

Congratulations to Jordan for having his article entitled “Predicting the Viability of Beta-Lactamase: How Thermodynamic Measures Correlate with Beta-Lactamase Fitness” accepted for publication in PLOS One. The paper demonstrates how well thermodynamic measures like free energies of folding and binding can describe beta-lactamase fitness. This work is a culmination of both experimental and theoretical efforts conducted at Brown and the University of Idaho.
